AKU EMOSI NIH....

First and foremost...














Makcik kau ngantuk sangat-sangat-sangat-sangat
bawak keter melelong-lelong dari semalam.

Asyraf demam, memerap sepanjang malam, ada adegan muntah-muntah lagi :-(
Kakak dia pon takmo kalah, selsema pulak.
pulak tu banjir di tengah malam... habis basah selimut, cadar, tilam
lagi mintak susu tah baper kali... penat wei penattt....
dok bangun tgh malam tah baper kali, sudahnya.... kami kesiangan!
sedar-sedar dah pukul enam! hohoho.... tak sahurla kami...

Malam tadi bawak hanak-hanak gi klinik, Asyraf suhu 39 terus doc bagi obat mon*ot
berat 6.8 kilo jer baru, doc suggest bagi mkn nestum beras merah
eh beras merah ke perang eh? tak pernah try... harus kena try
gigi makin banyak nak tumbuh, mulut pon makin rancak nak bercakap
sedapkan hati... maybe sebab tu demam.
Demam nak tumbuh gigi dan dapat skill baru.

Semalam,
kari ayam aku macam biasa.... TAK SEDAP
dan roti jala aku pulak luar biasa... TAK SEDAP jugak!
dan sikit pon aku tak hingin nak ambik gambo.
dan Pakcik korang, sempena bulan puasani ada lapik-lapik sikit komen dia
tak la menyentap macam selalu.. hahhahaha...
Sedaplah ni... buleh makan jadila... bukan nak jamu kat orang pon... kita2 jer...

Hah... dah gitu punya semanis kurma punya bicara kan...
haruslah kulafazkan, i lap u bang!

Tetapi.... tetap jugak tobat takmau masak dah lepasni.
Kita layan PARAM jerla bang oit... terkejar-kejar ai memasak samalam tau
sampai bengkak betis dok tebor roti jala  <--- OK, tipu...
yu makan tak sampai pon 2 jala tau bang....

Harini, apa laki aku beli... aku bedal!
balik umah aku bancuh air sunkist saja.


Nota komplen : 
1) Sampai skang aku tak puas hati, apsal rempah kari ADABI tak merah macam kari hah?
2) Apsal santan kotak cap ayam jalak lenteng asik ada serpihan memutih dalam kari aku?
3) Apsal kari aku jadi macam masak kurma hah? ker masak stew hah? hey, tak sedap tau!!


Sapa nak jawab nih???

Hi, try this recipe. trust me. u wont fail.
1 chicken - cut into small pieces(marinate with 1/2 tsp kunyit & 1/2 tsp salt for 30mins).
2 big onions, 7 ulas bwg putih, 1.5 inch ginger - all blended nicely
Baba's meat curry powder - 3 tablespoon
Baba's cili powder - 1.5 tsp
kayu manis 2 sticks
star anise 2-3 pieces
jintan putih - 1/2 tsp
curry leaves - 10 helai
water 1/2 cup

method:
1. after marinating the chicken with kunyit and salt, add the blended items, curry powder & cili powder to the chicken. mix it nicely.
2. heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot. tumis the kayu manis, star anise, jintan putih & daun kari till fragrant.
3. then add the chicken mixture and gaul nicely with the spices. add water. then close the pot. put fire to medium. let it cook with the lid closed for 15 mins or until chicken is cooked.
4. after 15 mins, open the lid and let it simmer for another 2-3 mins. this is to thicken the gravy. then its done.

trust me this simple recipe will definately wont go wrong. no santan needed. just add water towards the end if too thick. and tak nak spicy can add only 1 tsp of cili powder.

kak rehan...kena letak serbuk cili sikit...mak kite yg ckp la..pastu kalu guna santan segar lg kick...letak banyak sikit bg pekat...
emmm sedapnya...favoret kite ni kari ayam....

kalau kari ayam atau daging aku letak tomato paste/puree dlm 1-2 sudu besar..pakai rempah kari babas la..baru umphhh!
kari ikan..taruk buat tomato potong dadu

hari ni InshaAllah aku buat roti jala pasal kari kamben semalam byk lagi hehehe

menurut MR dia xmo babas...hehehehe....rasanya tol gak letak serbuk cili sket.....then pasal santan tu pakai santan segar lg elok...kalo santan kotak,pakai yg baru bukak...bukan yg dah beku dlm peti ais....believe us....hehehheh
